PANTRY CART eBUSINESS PVT LTD (operator of the BizShakti app and https://bizshakti.com) respects your right to delete your account and associated personal data. This page explains how retailer users can request deletion and what happens to your data.

How to delete your account (in-app)

• Open the BizShakti app and sign in to your retailer account.
• Go to Settings.
• Scroll to the Delete Account section and tap Delete My Account.
• Type DELETE, enter your password to confirm, and tap Permanently Delete.

Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out on all devices.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email info@pantrycart.in from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

What data is deleted

Upon deletion, we permanently remove or anonymize your personal data, including:

• Your name, firm name, email, and phone number
• Business address and GST number
• Uploaded documents (dealer board, food/drug licence images)
• Saved shipping and billing addresses
• Login credentials (your account can no longer be accessed)

What data is retained (and why)

Transactional records such as past orders, invoices, and ledger/payment history are retained in anonymized form for the period required by Indian tax, accounting, and legal obligations (typically up to 8 years). These records are no longer linked to your personal identity and are not used for any marketing purpose. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Note for distributors & staff

In-app self-service deletion is currently available to retailer accounts. Distributor and staff accounts should email info@pantrycart.in to request deletion, as these accounts may be linked to a business entity and require additional verification.
