PANTRY CART eBUSINESS PVT LTD is committed to delivering your orders accurately and on time. This policy outlines our delivery and shipping practices for B2B orders placed through the BizShakti platform.

1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver to registered retailers and businesses within our serviceable areas. Delivery availability is determined by your distributor's coverage zone. Please check with your assigned distributor or sales representative for delivery eligibility.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of placement. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation notification via WhatsApp once your order is accepted.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: 1-3 business days from order confirmation, depending on your location and distributor.
  • Load-based Delivery: Orders may be grouped into delivery loads. Your delivery staff will notify you of the expected delivery time.

4. Delivery Process

  • Our delivery staff will deliver orders to your registered business address.
  • A signed delivery bill (proof of delivery) will be collected at the time of delivery.
  • Payment can be made at the time of delivery via Cash, UPI, Cheque, or Bank Transfer as agreed with your distributor.
  • Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. Any damages or discrepancies should be reported immediately to the delivery staff.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping and delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order placement. Charges may vary based on order value, weight, and delivery distance. Many distributors offer free delivery for orders above a minimum value.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient's unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, the order will be marked for reattempt. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation. Please ensure someone is available at your business address during delivery hours.

7. Order Tracking

You can track the status of your orders through the BizShakti app. Order statuses include: Pending, Confirmed, Out for Delivery, Delivered, and Cancelled. Notifications will be sent via WhatsApp for key status updates.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please report it within 24 hours of delivery by contacting your sales representative or emailing info@pantrycart.in. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Force Majeure

PANTRY CART eBUSINESS PVT LTD shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, government orders, or pandemics.
